SWT Aviation, Inc. was founded in 1999 by John S. “Chip” Allen, a FAA licensed Commercial Pilot and aircraft owner. Following a successful career as a business owner in the sale of capital equipment in the environmental field, Chip returned to his passion for airplanes and flying as a second career venture.

Also with SWT is Steve Michael, a Vietnam vet with 35 years of experience in the nuclear power industry. Steve’s EX-2 has continued to wow him with CubCrafters’ attention to detail and many carefully engineered features.
