Bede Family Foundation Renewed
Today LAMA got a nice surprise, and a very appreciated membership renewal from the Bede Family Foundation in Fort Pierce, Fl. (http://bedefamilyfoundation.com/) Per the Foundations website: The Bede Family Foundation was formed in 2015 with the sole purpose of introducing the youth of our community to the experimental aviation community and the joys of building kit aircraft…. to inspire the next generation of aviation enthusiast… to develop the of certified mechanics and aeronautical engineers. Located in a new 20,000 sq. ft. facility at the St. Lucie County International Airport in the Florida heartland, the Foundation is well-situated to provide local organizations with the guidance and technical capabilities to support their program needs. It was great to see the BD17L Light Sport Category Airplane (http://www.bedecorp.com) flying at the 2016 Sebring Expo. Thank you for your support. We hope you can continue to keep the Legacy of Jim Bede alive.
