Welcome back, Sebring Airport Authority!

October 26th, 2021 | News

Originally created in 1940 as Hendrick’s Field, the Sebring Airport Authority, for the last several years under the direction of Mike Willingham, was established to not only operate as an airport, but to provide testing facilities (including for the famous car race!) and a home for several aircraft manufacturers. Sebring is even authorized as a foreign trade zone!

This airport has a very interesting history, dating back to 1940. You can read all about it here.

Thank you to Mike and his crew for your continued support of LAMA!
